I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I help individuals and couples create lasting change by working with the deeper emotional and relational patterns that talk-based insight alone can’t reach.

My work is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that growth often requires slowing down — not pushing harder. When we move too quickly to override what’s difficult, we can miss important parts of ourselves along the way. In therapy, we take time to notice what’s been overlooked, set aside, or left behind, and gently bring it back into awareness and care.

This is not about quick fixes or perfect healing.
It’s about meaningful, sustainable change that unfolds over time.
